SHIPPING

We are committed to fulfill and ship your order in a timely manner. Most orders are shipped from the manufacturer; we may not be able to provide order or delivery status for up to 10 business days. For order status please contact us via e-mail (ally@maloneyinteriors.com) if it has been more than 10 business days. In the event that stock or product availability changes, we will notify you via e-mail or mail. Please contact customer service for additional information. If you order more than one item you may receive your order in separate deliveries. All orders coming in on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We use Fed-Ex & UPS for the majority of our orders. In some instances we will use other shipping companies, including motor freight to fulfill your order. Average shipping time is 5 to 7 business days, however some items may require more time.

If your purchase is a gift, or a time-sensitive delivery, please contact Customer Service via e-mail at ally@maloneyinteriors.com or call us at 203-206-6877 prior to placing your order to discuss stock and expedited shipping options.

At this time we will not ship to locations outside the 48 contiguous United States, nor will we ship to a PO Box address.

SALES TAX

State sales tax and applicable local taxes on merchandise will be charged for orders being shipped to Rhode Island.

RETURNS

All orders are final sale and non-returnable.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are damaged during shipping. Any damaged item(s) will be replaced. In the case that you purchased a one-of-a-kind piece, a full refund will be issued. You MUST notify Maloney Interiors LLC in writing, via e-mail (ally@maloneyinteriors.com) of your damaged or defective item within 24 hours of delivery. In the case that your item(s) arrives damaged or defective, you MUST retain the shipping boxes and packaging. Please be sure to return the product in the ORIGINAL shipping carton you received it in so that we can determine responsibility for the damage.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If you refuse delivery of the item(s) when it reaches your home or delivery address, you will be charged for all shipping cost, including the cost to return the item(s) to Maloney Interiors LLC or the manufacturer. You will also be charged for any bank credit card fees that have been incurred along with handling and/or restocking fees imposed on us by our suppliers. Please note, this does not apply to refusal of damaged product.
