Schematic Design

  • Develop preliminary plans & drawings, conceptual photos, material selection

Design Development

  • Refining design and developing floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, 3D renderings
  • Develop millwork designs and interior architectural details
  • Develop materials selections - fixtures, furnishings & equipment
  • Cost estimate review

Construction Documents & Project Specifications

  • Produce construction documents & materials specifications
  • Finalize FF&E layout & selections

Purchasing & Construction Administration

  • Ordering and purchasing of FF&E
  • Overseeing the building of & installation of products and designs
